eMerging Careers Institute (ECI) works with public and private entities to create school to work training programs for high school and Jr. college youth in our community.
ECI’s mission is to provide transitional age youth with opportunities to explore career options, and to provide the necessary training to compete in today’s evolving job market.
We focus on the two R’s and three P’s – our programs must be Rigorous and Relevant; and created as a Public/Private Partnership for youth.
We mobilize a team of community professionals and elected officials to serve as champions, mentors and trainers to meet these goals.
