ECI’s purpose is to provide experience, professional interaction and development to teenagers and young adults. We empower our participants to deliver tangible outputs including a community and online publication, called Rep Magazine. We encourage and build the foundation for free expression, self-discovery, critical/creative thinking, and skilled participation in the community.
We focus on the two R's and three P's – our programs must be Rigorous and Relevant; and created as a Public/Private Partnership for youth.
We mobilize a team of community professionals and elected officials to serve as champions, mentors and trainers to meet these goals.
